Ideal for archiving. Divine for an exceptional evening.

This is what you can expect in the archival red wines from the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape region. From a region where grapes were grown as early as 6 centuries before Christ, and where popes tasted them in their summer residence.

Here, André Brunel and his son Fabrice grow vines that provide rich flavor. They harvest each grape by hand, select the most delicious ones, and produce wines from them that are worthy of your attention.

Enjoy 4 superb vintages. This tasting set of archival wines will take you on a tour of the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape region.

“I have selected four exceptional years from André Brunel. The taste of the wine is also influenced by tis archiving, so you will get to taste both a 10-year-old mature wine as well as a younger 2020 vintage.”

What awaits you in this gift wine set?

2010 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cailloux Rouge André Brunel

Before the 2010 harvest, the winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape were almost breathless. They had already experienced an unusually chilly spring and a dry summer. Even in the first tastings it was utterly clear: this is one of the most exceptional wines they had ever created. And all the more because they only made a modest amount of it.

The wine is cloaked in deep red color. Its wonderfully fruity aroma is complemented by its balanced, rich, and refreshing flavor. The aroma and taste develop with archiving, so you will enjoy the 2010 vintage now like never before.

2011 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cailloux Rouge André Brunel

The year 2011 brought relief and joy to André Brunel. After some lean years a vintage offering both rich flavor and production volume had arrived. The hot months from April to June gave the grapes a deep color and let them grow to their full potential.

The result is a perfectly balanced, fresh wine that offers many fruity tones. Full, and rich: it’s simply perfect for a peaceful evening.

2012 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cailloux Rouge André Brunel

After a warm, humid summer, they reaped their reward. Healthy, full-grown, magnificently colored grapes. These were turned into an exceptionally dark, crimson wine. Look forward to a balanced fruity, and even opulent taste.

2021 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cailloux Rouge André Brunel

The year 2020 gave rise to one of those wines that you can enjoy at any time – whether you open it now, or in 10 let. It has scents of red fruits and wood. The elegant taste marries harmonious tannins, and tones of orange peel, white pepper, and heather.

Perhaps you’ll discover entirely different tastes in it – we’ll leave that up to you. Enjoy each sip your own way.

“In order to let the aroma and flavor of these wines fully develop, let them breathe for a little while after you open the bottles. You’ll see that your patients will be rewarded.”
