What can you expect in this wine gift set

Champagne Bouché Cuvée Saphir – dry white wine

The Cuvée Saphir Champagne is the treasure of the Bouché winery. Its most significant constituent is the Chardonnay variety (75 %), which is supplemented by Pinot Noir (20 %) and Pinot Meunier (5 %). The finishing touch is provided by a dosage liqueur which matured for 18 months in oak barrels.

Saphir will enchant you with its distinctive yellow color and aroma of candied fruit, butter pastry, and honey. Its rich taste and full body with an aromatic finish ensure pleasure in your mouth.

Champagne Bouché Rosé – dry rosé

The charming and delicate rosé comprises Pinot Noir (50 %) and Chardonnay (40 %) accompanied by Pinot Meunier (10 %). You’ll be impressed by its less prominent acidity and more rounded impression, as well as the scent of red fruit and wild strawberries. Its pinkish color and fresh bubbles will please everyone who loves Champagnes with a clean taste and balanced structure.

Treat yourself to the seductive rosé as an aperitif or to go with dessert.

Champagne Bouché Cuvée Réservée – dry white wine

Réservée is used for Champagne wines that mature on yeast lees for at least 3 years. This one actually rested for more than 4 years, and it was rewarded with a rich taste. It’s made from a balanced ratio of Chardonnay (40 %), Pinot Noir (30 %), and Pinot Meunier (30 %).

You’ll be intrigued by its richly fruity, complex taste. Its golden yellow color will shine in the glass, and its balanced taste with hints of citrus and pralines will remain in your mouth for a long time.

The ideal wine for celebrating an important anniversary.

2005 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

An archival vintage Champagne in which the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties participate equally. It rested for 6 years on lees, which is how it took on a rich aroma with notes of baked bread. It will dazzle you with its deep yellow color and delicate bubbles.
You’ll recognize candied fruit and honey in the taste of this Champagne, and you may be surprised by the intensity of its flavor.

Vintage 2005 is best enjoyed in combination with poultry or fish, or as an aperitif.

2006 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

This genuine French Champagne from 2006 is made from Pinot Noir (70 %) and Chardonnay (30 %). This combination rested for 10 years on yeast lees. This is how its light scent of candied fruit with tones of toasted bread developed. The taste will thrill you with its fullness and intensity.

It tastes great with white meat, and connoisseurs also appreciate it as an aperitif.

2008 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage: Archival Champagne wine

Pinot Noir (70 %) also dominates Champagne Bouché’s 2008 Millesime Vintage, accompanied by Chardonnay (30 %).
The prestigious French wine guide Guide Hachette des Vins writes about Champagne Bouché’s 2008 vintage: “After 12 years’ maturation this vintage is a remarkable, refined, and elegant Champagne that perfectly complements any dish.”
