2004 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

70 % Pinot Noir and 30 % Chardonnay gave rise to the rich Champagne from 2004.

The wine matured for six years on its lees. It will appeal to you with a complex aroma with notes of toasted bread. Its color is an intense yellow, and delicate bubbles form a light, fluffy foam. The scent of candied fruit and honey changes in your mouth to a full and generous taste with long-lasting intensity.

We recommend serving it with poultry or fish, or as an aperitif.

2006 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

This genuine French Champagne from 2006 is made from Pinot Noir (70 %) and Chardonnay (30 %). This combination rested for 10 years on its lees. This is how its light scent of candied fruit with notes of toasted bread developed. The taste will delight you with its fullness and intensity.

It goes wonderfully with white meat and connoisseurs also appreciate it as an aperitif.

2008 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

Pinot Noir (70 %) is predominant, and it’s accompanied by Chardonnay (30 %), which also comes through strongly in the 2008 Champagne.

The prestigious French wine guide Guide Hachette des Vins o Bouché 2008 writes: “After 12 years’ maturation this vintage is a remarkable, refined, and elegant Champagne, that perfectly complements any dish.”

2009 Champagne Bouché Millesime Vintage – dry white wine

The archival Champagne Vintage 2009 brings together the Pinot Noir (75 %) and Chardonnay (25 %) varieties. They matured for 10 years on their lees, and some of it rested in oak barrels. And now it’s looking forward to being poured into your glass.

You’ll be charmed by the rich golden color and the flood of bubbles. Your nose will be delighted by the notes of butter, citrus, and cooked fruit. The taste of a fruit compote, along with minerals and a delicate acidity dance on your tongue.
