In the flavor of this strong fortified wine you’ll taste overripe stone fruits, plum jam, and tones of nutmeg, and you can look forward to a harmonious liqueur finish. In addition, the taste of this wine continues to develop during the course of its maturation, so you will later discover tertiary tones that cannot be anticipated beforehand. This wine will also impress you with its magnificently intense red color.
Treat yourself to sweet Agni as a digestif with dark desserts. It is also perfectly complemented with dried plums and ripened or blue cheeses.
The Vinselekt Michlovský winery boasts of many prestigious domestic and foreign awards. They tend most of their vineyards in accordance with organic farming principles, and they produce their wines with respect for winemaking tradition.
Vinselekt Michlovský in southern Moravia manages vineyards with exceptional locations. The limestone subsoil and favorable climatic conditions of the Pavlov hills benefit the Agni grapes used to make this wine. This blue variety is also a specialty of the winery: the winemakers bred it by crossing André and Irsai Oliver grapes.
