To create each of them, the winemakers hand-picked grapes and left them to mature for 12 months in oak barrels. Only afterward they carefully Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which proudly represent Bordeaux and the Médoc region.

The archival red Médoc 2021 was made by combining 56 % Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with 44 % Merlot.
